"Absolutely fantastic experience visiting the store. Felt comfortable as soon as I stepped in the door. Not once was I made to feel inferior for not knowing if what I brought in was a real diamond and valuable or not so much. Turns out it was the latter. Obviously not anything that was in their control and I appreciate the information. I especially appreciate that the time was taken to address my questions with respect and a patiently given explanation. I will be returning any time I have questions that need answering or jewelry or coins to buy or sell. Thank you so much for your kindness! I couldn't be happier to have found your place. Oh and FYI to anyone who happens to google and sees the street view .... that is not the store. I"m not sure what that picture is of. I assure you, the business is standing and has signage."
